Power Planet Fitness Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") explains here what personal information this website collects, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under the Individual Privacy Act 2075 (2018) of Nepal.
1. Who is responsible
Power Planet Fitness Pvt. Ltd., Dhalko-17, Khusibun, Kathmandu, Nepal, is responsible for personal information collected through this website.
2. What we collect
Enquiries: your name, email, phone and message when you contact us or ask about membership.
Technical data: a keyed, irreversible hash of your IP address with each form submission, used to prevent abuse.
Analytics (only with your consent): pages visited and how they are used, through PostHog. Form inputs are masked.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry: your consent, given on the form.
To keep the website secure: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
4. Cookies
Essential storage remembers whether you have seen an announcement and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose "Allow analytics". A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract: hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), email (OneSignal) and, with your consent, analytics (PostHog).
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after submission.
7. How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Names, contact details and messages are encrypted in our database. Admin access requires an individual account and every change is logged.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. We answer within 30 days.
